She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.
In 2020, LaShaun founded The Curata Brand, helping companies transform their experiences through innovative solutions. In 2022, she joined Pyramid Consulting to lead DEI marketing, branding, and strategy, significantly boosting the company's revenue and brand awareness while launching the industry’s first employee resource group program for contingent workers.
Previously, LaShaun held significant roles at Comcast, HBO, and Cox Communications, where she drove sales and community impact initiatives. Her efforts at Comcast and HBO notably increased revenue and reduced customer churn.
Beyond her professional achievements, LaShaun serves as the Chair of the Technology Association of Georgia's DE&I Society and is an Advisory Council Member of Warrick Dunn Charities.
