Kozetta Chapman is a champion of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. She leads
initiatives to increase diversity within organizations by creating strategies are centered around recruitment, talent pipeline development, and community outreach events. Kozetta also develops and implements long-term strategy to ensure that organizations attract and retain top
talent.

With more than 20 years of experience in organizational development, Kozetta is focused on collaborating with others to implement initiatives that are effective, innovative, and
transformative. Kozetta has served as Training Director for an international legal services
company, a Training Leader, and a professor. As a professor, she instructed various courses
including “Minority and Ethnic Relations,” “Women around the World,” “Statistical Analysis”
and “Social Problems.”

Kozetta matriculated to obtain several collegiate degrees. She is a lifelong learner, professional speaker and published author who continuously seeks opportunities to enhance the lives of those within her span of care. Kozetta loves to travel, read, volunteer in the community, and spend time with family and friends.
