Kim Bach is an innovative leader, public speaker, executive coach, and founder of a mission to catalyze the elevation of mindsets and the expansion of human capacity. With over 25 years of experience as a thought leader in behavior change and a corporate executive and mindset coach, Kim is committed to moving beyond dialogue by creating learning tools that convert knowledge into real behavior change at scale. Her company, Dailyhuman, builds mindset software that fosters individual and team growth in our most human skills, like resilience, self-awareness, and empathy.
Kim graduated from the first-ever undergraduate School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond and holds a Master’s degree in Communication from San Diego State University. She currently serves on the steering committee of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, the board of Success Beyond Game Day, and the board of Strength in Sisterhood.
